Since 1993 we are committed to product R&D, absorption, innovation, precision manufacturing and 100% quality testing. We accumulated technical experience and developed our own ERP business management software, to achieve enterprise-wide process information management and also passed the ISO9001 quality management system certificate, CE PED 2014/68/EU certificate and the TS certificate (manufacture License of the special equipment, pressure piping components).
In production, we actively absorb advanced technology, use high-precision CNC machining equipment and testing equipment for production and testing to make our products quality more reliable. We have developed wafer ball valve, high platform ball valve, tank bottom ball valve, jacket ball valve, three-way ball valve, metal seal ball valve, V-type adjust valve, sanitary ball valve and a number of representative pressure valve products. And we have been granted many national patents, three products awarded the title of the China International Silver Valve Expo, part products have record to the "China Valve New Product Catalog". “PIONEER” developed vacuum valves since 2005 and joined the China Vacuum Society and the China Vacuum Equipment Industry Association in August 2010. we have completed developed various of high performance vacuum valves, especially in " vacuum angle valve, vacuum ball valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum charge valve, electromagnetic vacuum valve, vacuum baffle valve, vacuum gate valve, vacuum metering valve etc". The valves are driven approach: manual, pneumatic, electromagnetic, electric motorized. Each product goes through rigorous test and helium mass spectrometer leak detector test. Used in the field of vacuum technology, like machinery, electronics, metallurgy, refrigeration, medicine, food, energy, environmental protection, scientific research and etc.
