Wafer type compact ball valve is a flange end 1pc ball valve with super-short one piece body design, has short distance between the valve seat and the end flange, less medium retention, superior sealing performance and long service life features etc. Ball orifice can make as customer’s requirement to be O-port, V-port, curved port and rectangular port structure thus control the flow operation.
Heating jacket ball valve is a kind of heating jacket ball valve, use to keep media cold preservation or heat preservation, has high performance insulation structure, mainly use for heating high temperature and keep the medium stay liquid. Design feature such as compact wafer type structure, short distance between the valve seat and the end flange, low medium retention, large volume heat preservation, superior sealing performance and long service life etc.
Tank bottom ball valve has special surface designed inlet flange, directly welding and flush mounted at the bottom of reactor, tank, vessel or container, smooth tapered hole and super short distance between the valve ball and bottom can prevent the medium accumulate at the entrance, ensure the medium smoothly discharge. By design with ISO 5211 mounting platform make the actuator easier assembly thus do not need the mounting bracket.
High performance 3-way ball valve use for flow bypass or joined, is a multi-port ball valve with two sides or four sides valve seat, any port can be used as an inlet but without leakage. The three ways can be made as L port or T port.
